Ocean Way Manor

Mission Statement

Ocean Way Manor is designed and managed to meet the total care, supervision, education and well-being of its consumers while providing safety, training and a comfortable atmosphere for all who live and work here.

Our goal is to oversee and work directly with consumers. This facility operates under the principle of normalization within the home setting and focuses on basic living skills, habitation, educational and vocational training in an effort to bring the consumer closer to independent living.

The entire staff works together to teach appropriate behavior at home as well as in the community. We are very active in the community. OWM utilizes related agencies such as DMR, day treatment programs and vocational training.

OWM currently serves individuals 18-70 years old who are intellectually developmentally delayed or disabled (waiver funding required).

In addition to our services in the comfort of your home, Ocean Way Mental Health Agency oversees the Ocean Way Manor.
