At OWMHA, we see great value in community partnership. Our staff will work collaboratively with community providers and mental health professionals to ensure that needs are met and that there is continuity and quality in the care provided.
Teams may consist of individuals chosen by the client and may include family members, advocates, doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, direct support staff, or other individuals selected by the client. Teams are involved in the development and revision of Individual Support Plans every 90 days, or more often depending on the client’s needs.

The toll free 2-1-1 hotline connects callers to trained call specialists who can help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
